YOUR END-POINT ASSESSMENT JOURNEY WITH EFI AWARDS

STAGE 1:
INITIAL SUPPORT & GUIDANCE
 

Your dedicated account manager will help you get set up, explaining the process and how to use our EPA system and guidance documents.

We work collaboratively with you to agree on a bespoke and flexible approach to your apprentices’ end point assessments 

STAGE 2:
GATEWAY & PLANNING
 

Gateway is what is known as the point apprentices have completed their training and work experience, and are ready for their end-point assessment process.

Once Gateway is signed off, all our apprentices have the opportunity to meet their Independent End-Point Assessor ahead of the scheduled assessments so that they feel more comfortable. All bookings are visible within the easy-to-use EPA management system. 

STAGE 3:
ASSESSMENTS TAKE PLACE
 

Assessment activities take place with our team of expert Independent End-Point Assessors. We provide guidance documents to apprentices and centres/employers, so everyone knows what to expect and how to prepare for end point assessment.

Most assessments take place remotely, but face-to-face is an option if preferred. Once assessments are complete and quality assured, results are made available to the apprentice, employer and training provider. We aim to have these back to you no later than 6 working days after the final assessment. 

STAGE 4:
FEEDBACK, RESULTS & CERTIFICATION
 

Along with the overall result, apprentices receive detailed individualised feedback that highlights what went well and what could be improved.

Once the apprentice receives their certificate, we celebrate their success with you and look to collaborate on how we can be even better next time.
